Influencing the Industry Together

Our coalition’s goals are aimed at overcoming challenges to the Pooled Special Needs Trust (PSNT) Industry:

Evolving legislation and public policy

Through targeted advocacy, we aim to influence future policy, legislation and regulations to ensure access to PSNTs as a resource for people with disabilities.

Anticipated oversight of pooled trusts

We are working to review and adopt best practices guidelines in the profession to remain one step ahead of recommended or required changes.

Professional challenges impacting the collective practice

We will share in our members’ knowledge and expertise to offer networking opportunities, program support and guidance for pooled trust administrators.

Potential abuses of the pooled trust framework

We seek to provide peer review of the administration of PSNTs through continual ongoing training opportunities, resources, and tools.

Get Involved and Reap the Benefits

The impact we seek to make is only possible through the commitment and dedication of our members. Help create change by joining APT. As a member you will:
